Dear Caroline,
As you know, I’ve been working closely with Ray Inskip from your office regarding my interest in relocating to the UK. The ‘project’ was started in January this year and only last week, the last of the opportunities failed to lead to an “employment offer”.
Following this, I have decided to stay-put in Australia, at least for the time being. I will always keep the door open in the future for suitable opportunities that may arise.
At the same time I would like to give a glowing reference to Ray who put in a tremendous amount of work in to this and did his very best to make it happen. In fact, I would have to say that his dedication and commitment to the task was both imperious and thoroughly professional. He is an asset to your company and a fine gentleman to boot!

Now that your candidate has settled into his position of our new Sales Estimator I thought it appropriate to write a short note to thank you for all your assistance in filling the position. In all honestly both Martyn and I were filled with dread at the prospect of finding a replacement for our long serving member of staff who was such a key part of the company and having been with us for over 10 years we never wanted to think he would retire. Sadly for us this was the case and we had to face the daunting task of trying to replace him.

Having dealt with agencies in the past we knew only too well that for the most part they seem to ignore the key skills you are looking for and just pass through any C.V available. The frustration of having to sift through so many yourself and continually questioning why the agency thought this candidate in any way reflected what we were looking for seemed quite normal.

I am pleased to say however dealing with yourself in no way reflected this. From the outset it was clear you had listened to us and the c.v’s I received were impressive and in fact we were eager to commence the interviewing process. Each candidate we saw had differing qualities but all had relevant experience and our only dilemma ultimately was who to choose. What a pleasant change!!!

Finally Ray both Martyn and I would like to congratulate you for your professional friendly approach. Not all agencies are the same and Red Recruit delivered for us what they promised and we would not hesitate in recommending you and your team.

I would like to let you know that despite the fact that I found a job by myself, I will never forget the professionalism, kindness and never-give-up attitude of Danielle - she followed up my file and got me a few interviews over a period of 5 months she always called me on a very regular basis and keep trying to find me a job.
When she actually changed position within your organization, Amie, who took over Danielle's job, was very quick and proactive in contacting me. She kept following my file and offering me some job prospects.
I have to say that I have been very happy to 'meet' those 2 colleagues of yours and thought 'ah! this company is really a good recruiting agency'. I have been in contact with several recruiters and their attitude over the telephone as well as level of follow-up and motivation to look for positions on my behalf were sooo low compared to Danielle's and Amie's that it made me wonder about this recruiting business.

I had been out of work for the last two years. Recently I decided that I had to return to work despite numerous failures to find satisfactory employment in the past.
